If you have never had the chance to indulge yourself with the delicious combination of Banana and Pineapple, then I must insist you try it immediately! This “Banana, Pineapple & Graham Lasagna” dessert is the perfect introduction to this flavorful combination. It is a sweet, multi-textured dessert that is very easy to make and will have you coming back for seconds (and likely thirds)!



  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 – 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (drain the juice)
  • 1 – 8 oz tub of Cool Whip topping
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar (granulated)
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Maraschino Cherries or Dessert Cherries
  • OPTIONAL: Walnuts (crushed)



  1. Preheat your oven to 350°
  2. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Stir the mixture until the crumbs are evenly coated in butter.
  5. Pour the graham cracker mixture into the glass baking dish and press it into an even layer.
  6. Place the baking dish into the oven.
  7. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the graham slightly toasted. (This will give the graham cracker layer a nice crunch)
  8. Remove from the oven and let fully cool.
  9. Once fully cooled, place the baking dish into the fridge.
  10. Next, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla.
  11. Mix until the combined mixture is light and fluffy.
  12. Add the cool whip to the mixture.
  13. Using a rubber spatula, mix until evenly combined.
  14. Next, remove the chilled baking dish from the refrigerator.
  15. Using a rubber spatula, take 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture and evenly spread a layer onto the graham cracker layer.
  16. Next, take two small bananas and slice them.
  17. Place them onto of the cream cheese layer.
  18. Take about 1/2 of the remaining cream cheese mixture and spread on top of the banana slices.
  19. Next, take the can of crushed pineapple (make sure the juice has been drained) and spread it on top of the cream cheese layer.

  20. Take the remaining cream cheese mixture and spread it on top of the pineapple layer.
  21. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top layer of the cream cheese (This is more for decoration, so you can add as much as you want)
  22. Add cherries (You can add as many as you want & position them to your liking
  23. (Optional) Sprinkle some crushed walnuts on top
  24. Place into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill.
  25. Remove from the refrigerator.
  26. Scoop & Enjoy!
